rajakete may suspend or close your account if: you violate these terms; you provide false information; your account is used for illegal activity; you attempt to manipulate game outcomes; or we are required to do so by law. Our liability and limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures (server outages, connection drops, app crashes) unless the failure results from rajakete's gross negligence.
